Direct experience leading 40-to-65 person cross-functional programs across quantum computing, AI/ML platforms, regulated medical AI, retail computer vision, and industrial IoT. Comfortable in the room with experimental physicists, research scientists, engineering leads, and the C-suite. Native fluency in Qiskit and IBM Q, with formal credentials in quantum machine learning, generative AI, and large language models.
The full arc from ambiguous R&D to deployable, customer-ready systems. At PsiQuantum, stood up the PMO from scratch and led 50+ stakeholders to an FTQC platform beta. At Avail, drove AI/ML medical imaging from R&D integration through multi-geography deployment.
