Quantum Computing AI / ML Platforms Frontier R&D Commercialization

An executive program leader who turns frontier research into shipped systems — twenty years of program rigor, hands-on quantum-computing fluency, and a track record of building PMO infrastructure from zero in domains where the discipline itself is still being invented.

Executive Profile

I build the program-management infrastructure that turns frontier research into shipped systems. The hardest program problems don't come with playbooks — they come with researchers who need space to think, engineers who need clarity to build, and leaders who need signal in the noise, all at once.

Direct experience leading 40-to-65 person cross-functional programs across quantum computing, AI/ML platforms, regulated medical AI, retail computer vision, and industrial IoT. Comfortable in the room with experimental physicists, research scientists, engineering leads, and the C-suite. Native fluency in Qiskit and IBM Q, with formal credentials in quantum machine learning, generative AI, and large language models.

02

What I Bring

I

Research-to-Production Ownership

The full arc from ambiguous R&D to deployable, customer-ready systems. At PsiQuantum, stood up the PMO from scratch and led 50+ stakeholders to an FTQC platform beta. At Avail, drove AI/ML medical imaging from R&D integration through multi-geography deployment.

II

0-to-1 Program Architecture

PMO infrastructure built from zero in domains where the discipline itself is still being invented — a quantum-computing PMO, a retail AI/ML PMO, and regulated contract-lifecycle program management. Three zero-to-one builds in three years.

III

Hands-On Technical Depth

I participate in technical discussions, not just facilitate them. Quantum algorithm design and circuit development, Qiskit and IBM Q fluency, QOSF top-performer of 400+, and generative-AI / LLM credentials from DeepLearning.AI and AWS.

IV

Stakeholder Fluency at Every Altitude

Equal clarity with experimental physicists, research scientists, engineering leads, C-suite executives, and external customers. At Alexa, drove alignment with VP- and Director-level leaders across Legal, PR, and Finance.
